Outsourcing is the new normal. Thanks to CTech by Calcalist for having me and giving me the chance to dive into these trends. You can find the original article published on CTech here. Below I share my thoughts and experience building ScaleOps at a leading RevOps and Business Applications company offering outsourced roles.
In today’s unpredictable world, companies need to be able to scale up—or down—at a moment’s notice. Recent global challenges, from the COVID-19 pandemic to security threats, have pushed businesses, especially in Israel’s high-tech sector, to rethink everything. Growing ScaleOps through these times has been anything but ordinary, but it’s also been incredibly rewarding.
We’ve seen a big shift towards flexible work models like outsourcing and freelancing. To keep up, we had to step up—providing top-notch outsourced expertise to over 200 clients, partnering with HubSpot and Salesforce, and building a powerhouse team of RevOps and Marketing Ops experts. Along the way, we’ve had to constantly adapt to a rapidly changing market.
But let’s get one thing straight: outsourcing isn’t just about cutting costs. It’s about staying nimble, tapping into specialized skills, and keeping your business focused on what really matters. The old stigma around hiring externally? That’s history. Today, it’s a smart move for companies looking to navigate uncertainty and come out stronger.
At ScaleOps, we saw the need for businesses to remain flexible and resilient in the face of constant change, which is why we developed our outsourced RevOps solution. We understood that companies needed more than just a quick fix; they required a reliable partner to help them scale efficiently, optimize their revenue operations, and navigate market complexities. By offering specialized RevOps expertise on an outsourced basis, we enable businesses to stay agile, focus on their core activities, and drive sustainable growth. Our approach isn’t just about providing services—it’s about empowering companies to thrive in any environment, making ScaleOps an essential partner in their success story.
What’s your take? Is your company leaning into this new way of working? I’d love to hear your thoughts!
